How do i know that your online pharmacy is legit?

There are so many fake/scam online pharmacies either taking money and send nothing or selling fake pills, but you can easily distinguish from a scam pharmacy to a legit online pharmacy like RxRefilled, by looking at their product pricing and payment options they are offering. Scam websites will usually offer very cheap prices that are too good to be true, and another biggest red flag is the payment options, fake pharmacies won’t be accepting secure payment options like credit card, where customer can request refund or reversal. So a fake pharmacy simply can’t survive by accepting credit cards. Here at RxRefilled, we are accepting American Express credit card payments, that tells it all.

What is your location?

We do not provide in-person sales or service and we do not have any physical office or store. Our shipping operations are handled from within the USA. Hence, we deliver from and to the USA only.

Do you accept insurance?

No, we do not accept insurance.

Do you require a doctor's prescription?

No, we do not require prescription for any orders. However, to complete the order, you should accept our terms of service, where you are required to agree that you are buying the medication for a medical condition and you know what the medicine is and you have consulted with a medical professional.

Do you offer automatic refills on prescription?

We do not require a prescription, so we won’t be offering automatic refills.
However, we have designed a very convenient re-ordering system that we call a “Refill”.

I am blacklisted on your website and unable to place orders, how do i fix it?

Customers email address, phone number or shipping address can be blacklisted on our website due to few reasons, for example if you have disputed a payment after completion of your order or reported unusual losses to your address or for fraudlent activity (like using other person’s credit card without his/her consent).
If you beleive that you were blacklisted by mistake, kindly contact us and we will whitelist you after verifying your account.

Is there any membership fee to create an account on your website?

No, we do not charge any membership fee or offer any membership. We only charge for orders when they are placed on website.

Can there be any legal trouble for placing order with your website?

Absolutely not!

What your order process is be like?

It’s just like any other ecommerce ordering system.
Once you have placed your order and completed the payment, we will dispatch your order within 24 hours and provide you the tracking number.

What if i am having difficulty placing order on your website?

Placing order on our website is really simple and easy. Please check this guide: How to order.

What to do if there's some technical difficulty with your website or reaching customer support?

If you are facing issue with emails (for example, not receiving order emails or general customer support emails within 24 hours), please check your spam/junk folder first. If you find the emails in your spam/junk folder, kindly whitelist our email address “[email protected]“. Account Questions

How can i check my order status?

You will receive an email everytime your order status is chaged.
However, to check your order status manually, login to your account and go to the “Orders” tab, where you will be able to see all your orders along with their current status.

What order status "In Process" means?

The order status “In Process” means your order is received and payment has been confirmed but we are preparing your package for delivery. Your package will dispatch soon if you are seeing this order status.

What order status "Deliver" means?

The order status “Delivered” means it is shipped and a tracking number is sent to you via email. If you don’t see the tracking number in your inbox, please check spam/junk folder.
If you are seeing the order status as “Delivered” but you didn’t received the package or tracking number, kindly contact us.

Why my order status is showing "Cancelled"?

It is because your order is being cancelled, either upon customer’s request or the payment was not completed within 20 days of order submission date.
If an order doesn’t receive payment within 20 days, it will be cancelled automatically by the system.
If you want to complete the payment for the cancelled order, please contact us or submit a new order.

What does order status "Pending" or "On Hold” tell?

Order status “Pending” & “On-Hold” refers to the same scenario.
These order status tells that the payment for your order is not completed yet. Or if you have completed the payment, it is not been verified yet.

How do i get my tracking number?

You will get your tracking number via email.
Once your payment is completed, we will dispatch your order within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
However, it could take 24-48 hours to acquire and send you an active tracking number.

If you believe your payment was successful and you did not receive the tracking number after 48 hours of payment, please contact us.

How do i delete my account and other personal information?

Please contact us for your account deletion. We will delete your account containing all the information and history of orders upon your request.

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently, we are accepting the following payment methods.

We use your provided data to full fill your orders only. Rest assured, your personal information is secured and is never sold or exposed to any third party.

How much time do you require for payment confirmation?

Payment confirmation time really depends on payment method you are paying with.
For Bitcoin transaction, payment is usually confirmed within 20-30 minutes, but sometimes blockchain confirmations could take a lot more time (like 32 hours) if blockchain network is too busy or you made the transaction with very less fee. WesternUnion and MoneyGram payments will be confirmed (picked up) within 24 hours.
American Express (Amex) credit card payments are charged manually, so there’s no confirmation time but the only wait time is till we charge your card, that would take only few hours once you have placed your order.

How do you charge the credit cards?

Currently, the type of credit cards we can charge is American Express (AMEX) credit cards only.
Once you have placed your order using your Amex card, your order will be placed but payment will not be completed yet. We will charge your card later manually from backend and update the status of your order and also notify you via email once the payment is charged. The Amex payment could take anywhere from 1 hour to 12 hours before we attempt to charge the card.

You have covered the issue of Fraud in your privacy policy, how do you define a fraud??

We have zero tolerance policy against frauds. Below are some examples of common frauds.

  • Using other person’s credit card without his/her consent.
  • Providing fake contact information
  • Initiating a chargeback or reversal of payment on credit card payments, for order that have been duly referred and delivered by us.
Do you offer refund?

We do not have a refund policy. Our guaranteed delivery covers free reship instead of refund. However, in some cases, we can offer refund. You would need to get in touch with us to discuss about the case.

What is “Shipping & Handling Fee”?

We may charge a flat shipping & handling fee. This amount roughly covers the packaging and logistics expenses.

Product Questions

The pills i received look different, why is that?

If you ordered generic pills, you may notice a visual difference compared to their branded counterparts. However, it’s important to note that they contain the same active ingredient and function in precisely the same way. Furthermore, even brand-name pills may vary in appearance if manufactured in different countries. For instance, Xanax can exhibit variations in shape, color, and flavor due to the presence of different excipients. Additionally, for enhanced privacy, pills may be packaged in plastic bags or boxes.

As you offering both branded and generic medications. How much is the quality difference in both?

Usually there’s not much quality difference between branded and generic pills.

Generic medications typically maintain the same quality standards as their branded counterparts; however, they are produced by different manufacturers and are offered at significantly lower prices. In the majority of cases, we offer both the original branded medications and their generic equivalents.


What is your policy on the product substitution?

We have a simple yet generous product substitution policy.

Should there be any issues or stock shortages with your order of a brand-name medication, we will promptly get in touch with you to discuss the available options. In the event of any complications or depletion of stock for generic medicine, we will automatically upgrade your order to the corresponding brand-name product at no additional cost. For instance, if you’ve ordered generic diazepam and we’re unable to fulfill it, you’ll be charged the generic diazepam price but receive branded MartinDow Valium without any extra charges.

 

What if i am not satisfied with the quality of product?

We try our best to source the best quality medications, however if you are not satisfied with the quality of medicine you received, kindly let us know, we will provide you a return address where you will need to return the product and we will either reship a better alternative or refund you.

I need a prescription medicine that is not listed on your website, can you get that drug on demand?

Possibly YES.
Kindly e-mail us at [email protected]
with the details of the medicine, like name of the drug, preferred brand name and the strength. We will check with our sources and let you know by email if the product can be arranged or not.

Why your product prices are on higher side?

You might find cheaper medicine over the internet, but please be aware that there so many fake online pharmacies selling fake medicine (pressed pills) OR sending nothing after taking the payment.
We are not taking a high profit margin but handling this business operations costs significantly, and the medications we are offerin are expensive themselve.
Rest assured, our prices are just normal prices for the products we are offering, and the quality of product and service we are offering does definitely worth the cost.

Are there any shipping charges?

Absolutely Not! Currently we are offering free shipping on all orders. We might start taking the shipping & handling fee in future without prior notice.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from within the USA. We will be shipping your orders from various states depending on the customer’s delivery address.

What countries do you ship to?

Our service is exclusive for United States only.

What is your delivery lead timing?

We do only USA domestic shipping by USPS, that could take anywhere from 2 to 6 days. However, the average delivery time to all over the USA is 3 days.

Can you do "Overnight" or "Next Day" delivery?

Unfortunately, overnight delivery or next day delivery is not currently possible.
However, sometimes our packages are delivered within 2 days while average delivery time is 3 days. 

What does "Guaranteed Shipping" mean?

Guranteed Shipping means the guarantee of delivery at your doorstep.
In case your order is not delivered within 10 days, we will re-ship your order free of cost.

What shipping carrier do you use?

We ship by United States Postal Service (USPS) only.

Can you ship with another logistics company like DHL or FedEx?

No, we can’t do DHL, FedEx, UPS or any other courier or logistcs company. We only ship via USPS.

What if I am not home at the time of delivery?

We ship via USPS, that ususally don’t require a signature on delivery. So if you are not home, the delivery man might leave the package at your door.
It is not certain and is up to the delivery man if he decides to leave the package at door or to re-attempt the delivery at a later time.

How do i get my tracking number?

You will get your tracking number via email.
Once your payment is completed, we will dispatch your order within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
